How Does In-Chair Teeth Whitening Work?
In-Chair Whitening is a 60-minute appointment in studio with one of our Oral Health Therapists. At Urban Smile, we use Pola Rapid which is 150% faster than other in-chair whitening.
Your In-Chair whitening experience begins with a pre-whitening assessment conducted by our Oral Health Therapist. We’ll start by taking a pre-treatment photo to capture your ‘before’ smile, followed by a shade guide assessment to record the starting colour of your teeth. Your teeth will then be polished to prepare them for the whitening process.
To protect your gums, a barrier gel is carefully applied before you sit back and relax for 32 minutes of whitening using Pola Rapid (38% Hydrogen Peroxide), delivered in 4 x 8-minute cycles. After your treatment, we’ll take a post-whitening photo to reveal the stunning results, and you’ll receive aftercare instructions to ensure optimal and lasting results.
