Know someone who’s considering orthodontic treatment? Simply fill out the form below to refer them to Urban Smile. They’ll receive an email from us with information about booking a free consultation at one of our studios.
Step 2
Your Friend Saves $150
If your friend is assessed as suitable for clear aligner treatment and chooses to commence treatment at Urban Smile, they’ll receive $150 off their treatment plan.
Step 3
You Earn $150
Once your friend starts treatment, as a thank you for your referral, we’ll send you a $150 GiftPay e-gift card, redeemable at your choice of more than 150 participating retailers.

Every treatment plan is designed by our Specialist Orthodontists, who have completed an additional three years of specialist university training beyond dentistry and each have more than 20 years of orthodontic experience.
Tailored Payment Plans
We believe a straighter smile should be accessible. That’s why we offer flexible payment options, including Denticare interest-free payment plans, Afterpay, Zip Money, Humm and all major credit cards. Patients may also be eligible for private health insurance rebates.
FAQs
To qualify, you need to have completed or be currently undergoing clear aligner treatment at Urban Smile. Additionally, your friend (a new customer) must mention your name as the referrer when they book and commence their treatment.
You can refer friends or family members who are new to Urban Smile and are interested in clear aligner treatment.
Yes! There’s no limit to how many friends or family members you can refer. You’re eligible to receive a $150 GiftPay e-gift card for each eligible referral who also commences clear aligner treatment at Urban Smile.
Once your referred friend has started their clear aligner treatment, we’ll send your $150 GiftPay e-gift card to the email address linked to your referral within 30 days.

If your referred friend has started treatment, your $150 GiftPay e-gift card will be emailed to you within 30 days. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as the email will come from GiftPay, not Urban Smile. If it’s been more than 30 days and you still can’t find it, please contact your local Urban Smile studio and we’ll be happy to help.
Your GiftPay e-gift card can be redeemed at your choice of more than 150 participating retailers, giving you plenty of ways to treat yourself.
