The good news is that most patients start noticing changes within the first 12 weeks of clear aligner treatment. But the exact timeline depends on several factors, including:

Clear aligners need to be worn 20–22 hours per day. Wearing your aligners as directed helps your treatment progress according to plan. Your compliance is super important for success!

If that happens, your Specialist Orthodontist will review your teeth and bite and may recommend an additional refinement, an active retainer or overcorrection aligners, depending on what’s needed.
