You are required to attend an initial consultation to assess your eligibility for the service/s you wish to obtain.

To receive the Offers, you must pay for the service in full (in one transaction). The Offer is not redeemable on the payment of a deposit or any other part payment for the service.

  1. Offer Conditions
    The Clear Aligner Treatment discount applies only to double arch treatments (not valid for single arch) and is priced between $4,180 and $6,980.
    b. Replacement retainers include removable double-and single-arch Essix retainers only. Bonded or active retainers are excluded.
    c. In-chair whitening is available only to customers aged 18 years or older, subject to eligibility.
    d. Express teeth clean does not replace a general dentist check-up.
    e. Swarovski tooth gems are available only to customers aged 16 years or older, subject to eligibility.

    1. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated.
    2. The Offers are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or other services.
    3. Prices for treatments and services may change from time to time.
    4. Subject to applicable laws, Urban Smile may vary, update, or terminate the Offers at any time.
