Change your mind?

No problem! We understand that life happens and sometimes things change. That’s when our change-of-mind policy comes into play. If you change your mind about changing your smile within 72 hours from signing up, we’ll refund your payment in full!

Clear Aligners

Here at Urban Smile, we want to help you get a smile you’ll love! However, if you’re not happy with the product for any reason within the first 30 days, you can return your unused aligners and we will provide a refund, less any lab fees or manufacturing costs incurred. The 30-day period begins the day you pick up your clear aligners. Please note that any return shipping costs need to be covered by you. The value of your refundable amount will be confirmed with you prior to the refund transaction. Refunds will be processed per your original payment method, or via your nominated bank account in the case of cash. For customers using “buy now pay later” financing, please note our refunds do not cover third party cancellation fees.

Please note the refund request may take 10-15 working days to action.
